Introduction

Hello! My name is Amiya Izra. I’m currently running a certification program as a UI/UX Mastery on a technology education platform, Skilvul. This case study will explains the process done to search for the best landing page design for one of Skilvul's partner, Pasar Polis. Pasar Polis is an aggregator paltform for insurance that provides several services to assist companies in providing insurance for their employee. In this case study we will discuss about the process using design thinking process starting from empathise, define, ideation, prototype and testing.


Objectives

Aims to enable users to find information about our products and services and find relevant contacts to learn more about these products and services. Problems and objectives that needs to be solve are:

  1. Help users understand about the products and services
  2. Give information that differentiates Pasar Polis with other platforms
  3. Make an easy approach for users who want to know more about the products and services
  4. Give users good experience through Pasar Polis official website

Expected Outputs

  1. High fidelity design and clickable prototype
  2. Describe the design process and its methods
  3. Using free license resources for fonts, vector icons and other assets
  4. Figma file (.fig) to preview the created designs

Pasar Polis

PasarPolis is one of the aggregator platforms for insurance. Present for 5 years, now we continue to grow and become the first and leading Insurance Technology (Insurtech) platform in Indonesia with a focus on micro transactions. We are here to simplify and speed up the entire process from purchasing the right policy to claiming the products.
